within the cross-shareholding group of companies. The intellectual property (IP) assets, including products
and unique contextual elements associated with our digital services, are duly registered and protected under
the United States Copyright Act and the Madrid Protocol for trademarks. We have implemented stringent
measures to safeguard this information, ensuring full compliance with our Information Protection Principles
(IPPs) as stipulated under the PPIP Act and aligned with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)
guidelines.
All contents and topics outlined in this document, including both tangible and intangible assets, as well as all
intellectual property (IP), are the exclusive property of the Cross Shareholder UK Mother Company and the
UAE – Dubai Meydan FreeZone calls Alphabet GAPEC Ecosystem Corporation as the Regional Executive
Company. This ownership encompasses all aspects of the “Innovation Project,” as specified within these
Digital Properties of AICL & Web Properties of AICL.
Since April 2024, the legal processes for registering these contents, procedures, and associated trademarks,
as detailed in the White-Paper and The Project including Intro-Website & AICL Online Innovation Digital
Platform, have been meticulously managed by Addleshaw Goddard UK. These processes are in full
compliance with the protections afforded by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and theUnited States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The IP assets are safeguarded under the WIPO Digital
Access Service (DAS) and are protected by six major categories of IP law, including patents, trademarks,
copyrights, industrial designs, databases, and trade secrets.
The information contained within these Digital Properties of AICL & Web Properties of AICL is classified and must be handled strictly in
accordance with our established confidentiality protocols. Access to this information is restricted to authorized personnel directly involved in
the proposal process. Any unauthorized use, disclosure, or distribution of this document is expressly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The RFP process and the subsequent execution of the project will be governed by the applicable international intellectual property laws,
confidentiality agreements, and contractual obligations. All participants in these Digital Properties of AICL & Web Properties of AICL are
required to adhere strictly to these legal frameworks to ensure the protection of our intellectual property and proprietary information.
